M11 to jnc.9. A11 direction Norwich. Bypass Thetford. At 4th roundabout go left direction Watton A1075 north. Thru lights at Watton then 1 mile to Ovington X roads. Make right towards village via The Street. After 40 mph outbound signs 600 metres to Brovey Lair on right bend.

A1 to Newark-on-Trent. Then A17 direction King's Lynn. Pick up A47 from Leicester direction east Norwich. At Dereham take A1075 south. 1 mile before Watton at Ovington X roads
make left towards village via The Street. Then as from South.
